Data that clients share with us for analysis during a project is governed by the client contract and, where needed, a separate data processing agreement.
3. Service providers we use
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, delivery and security.
- Formspree, Inc. (USA): delivering contact form messages to our mailbox.
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA): call booking.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands): business email, hosted in Zoho's EU data centre.
These providers process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework if the provider is certified under it, or otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against attacks. The external booking page has its own privacy notice.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. We do not make automated decisions or profiles about you.
6. Complaints
If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu, or go to court.
